Welcome to Our Saviour School— a faith-based learning environment that focuses on developing your child's potential by promoting spiritual, intellectual, and physical growth, with the ultimate goal of developing the whole child and encourage them to lead and serve.
We are in the midst of a school renovation and building addition which will be completed by January 2018. We are excited to add a Science Lab/Classroom (Maker space area), a collaborative Learning Commons area, five new classrooms, a new Band room, a new choir room, and new administrative offices. With the additional classrooms we are now able to add a Preschool for 3 year olds and 4 years olds. Our preschool will open August, 2017 serving our youngest Shamrocks!
Beginning August, 2016, we began our Professional Learning Community initiative, with the focus to provide a cohesive, collaborative school environment where student achievement is at the core. We are continuing to build this cohesive and vertically aligned curriculum for our Pre-K – 8th grade students with the focus being on math and writing this year.
We continue to work on goals and action items for our Long Range Strategic Plan, a five year plan which focuses on continued success at Our Saviour School. There are four domains in this long range plan focusing on Catholic Identity, Academic Excellence, Enrollment and Marketing, and Finance and Business Operations. This five year plan provides strong guidance as we continue to expand our instructional and spiritual excellence.
We continue to thrive on our athletic success, and our large co-curricular offerings in choir, band, chess, bowling, musicals, scholastic bowl, and geography bowl, just to name a few. Our students' opportunities to be involved are limitless and great success is shown in many areas. With these activities our students continue to prove their dedication to serve their school, parish, and community.
